There are many varieties of inspection reports. Some NJ Home Inspection companies give you a report onsite which consist of carbon copy pre-printed forms with checkmarks and hand written notes. Others (usually a franchise with many inspectors/sub-contractors) give you a big binder full of generic pre-printed material that was written by someone that has never seen your NJ house and its the same report that they use for every house. Do you really want your inspection results summed up with a picture of a house with a smiley face or a frown? Do you really need information on oil fired furnaces when your home has a heat pump? Also do you want Information that's not related to the house inspected. Most of these reports require you to use some code to even figure out what it means. The majority of these types of reports are written to "protect the deal".

All homes are not the same. So its logical to think that the same report will not be applicable to every house. The HOMETECH NJ INSPECTION SERVICES LLC Report is customized ,Comprehensive, Full-Featured to every house. No two reports are the same. Our reports are very detailed and include digital photographs to help you understand any problem areas. The reports are easy to understand and some helpful maintenance advice. Better yet the inspection is conducted and the report is written by the Inspector that inspected your home not by a secretary .First hand knowledge.
